We work hard to be on time. If your delivery misses the estimated window, just send an email to hello@snuviy.com. To apologize for the delay, we will give you $1 cashback and a $5 discount coupon for your next purchase.
In the very rare event (less than 0.01% of orders) that a logistics issue delays your package beyond 60 days, we will immediately process a full refund. If the package ever arrives after that, you get to keep the items completely FREE!
For the Rest of the World (International):
For countries outside our "Selected" list, local postal services may take 35 to 45 days. Every international order includes full tracking. If your package takes more than 100 days to arrive, we will either give you a full refund or send a replacement via a different carrier—your choice. And just like above, if the delayed order shows up after you have been refunded, it is yours to keep for free.

Important Notice: Customs authorities use this ID to clear your items, and it must perfectly match the recipient's name. If this information is missing at checkout, your package might be held up or returned, causing big delays.
